achieved: KE 60 HC 40-45 LE 180
kinda glad i managed to increased my expected progress to the point where i would be able to get to runnin soon. GoOd results for the knee extension and leg extension. finally managed to reach the minimum standard for the above. unfortunately, hams curl wasnt that good. still hurts when i do that. but hope by the next session i would be able to hit my target of at least 50 . : l
oh well .
